The Friday that is hard
Black Friday was hard for Heartfelt. I would call my friend Hugh and say, "no one was in the store; this year is bad." He would say, "it's early." And I would feel comforted and go back in until I reached the finish line (December 26th). You get to know small business folks when you have a small business.
