I am Gluten Free and Sometimes....I want almond flour tortillas

If I do not have gluten free bread and I want something to spread a condiment or cheese on, I make these. I found them on an Instagram Healthyveganeating . They are super simple and quick.

1 cup of almond flour

3 Tbsp Psyllium Husks 

1/2 cup warm water

Combine ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes. Then I make 4 balls.

 I take a piece of parchment paper and flatten them with my palm.

I put them in a carbon steel fry pan with no oil on high heat.

They are simple and easy peasy.
